The establishment was first founded by late Mr. Buick S. Javid in 1939.

Initially it was a small business shop, supplying hardware, welding consumables, etc. Over 60 years of continued work changed to one of the main sources of supplying General-purpose tools, hardware, light machineries and consumable industrial tools in local market. During this long period, a vast network comprising more than 250 wholesalers all around Iran, were supplied by the establishment. Moreover a great number of retail sellers and end users enjoyed our easily accessible services.

Those who are familiar with this region are well aware that there are a great number of technical resources available in Iran including cheap energy, skilled and committed man-power, sufficient industrial machinery, low cost labor and all means of transportations by air, sea and road, etc. From the commercial point of view the local market with a nearly 70 million population, combined with the prevailing demand of several hundred million population of central Asian countries in the north and the wealthy countries around Persian Gulf in the south has created such a unique opportunity that an advance, aggressive, quality and result oriented establishment can introduce its services to the area with the lowest possible expenses and highest profit.

Considering what was mentioned above and in response to the growing need of the country for specialized trading activity, Bahoo Sanat Tehran Trading Company emerged from its mother establishment, and was re-organized as a trading company in 2002. Having a back-ground of more than 60 years of experience and credit, we are proud that within a short period from the company’s inception and due to high quality services, B.S.T. has turned to one of the leading establishments in the region. While Bahoo has managed to undertake a sizable share within Iran as part of its traditional market, it aims to extend its overseas activities even more.
